EXPLANATIONS OF THE CONTENT OF RFP NO. ZO-08-2018
TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
By using the point 10 Chapter VI, the Employer informs that in the public procurement procedure for the development of the formulation of an experimental medicinal product for use in a clinical trial, conducted in the mode of the request for proposals under the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code (ie the Official Journal 2017, item 459) inquiries from Contractors. The content of the queries together with the explanations are included below.
